What happens next

  1. Submit this form with the dancer, parent, emergency contact, class, and consent details for the current dance season.
  2. Use the registration checkout link that appears after submission to pay the required one-time $30 registration fee.
  3. Class payments are handled monthly. Use the Pay page for monthly class/session checkout.
  4. The studio receives your registration and payment details, then reviews class placement and registration status.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email, and the studio will contact you if more information is needed.
  6. Students must re-register each new dance season to keep records, class choices, and policies current.
